Motivated by the mission “spreading sweet inspiration one treat at a time,” the third annual Sugar & Stilettos Bake Sale Extravaganza exceeded its goal by raising more than $13,000 on May 18 to benefit the Westside Food Bank and St. Joseph Center’s Food Pantry. U.S. cable net RLTV has brought on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition carpenter and designer Paul DiMeo to be part of a transformative series for baby boomers. Second Act, premiering on April 18 at 8 p.m. EST, will see DiMeo assemble a team of experts who will help assorted boomers take on new challenges, such as starting businesses or embarking on new career paths.
